- As for all online purchases, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days from receiving your package.
- For Milk Paint and Sealers we offer a 30 days money-back guarantee if you send the unopened package(s) of the product(s) back to us.
What’s more, we offer a one-time Love it or it’s free! guarantee for every customer. You tried an Old Fashioned Milk Paint product or one of our sealers and you are unhappy with it? Just make sure you have at least half of the content in the package and send it back to us in 30 days! – We will refund the price of the product! That’s how strongly we believe Milk Paint is easy to fall in love with. 🙂
Here’s how to handle returns:
- You cannot return damaged goods.
- Please send your Order ID along with the returned products.
- We will need your bank account number, so we can refund the price of the products.
- We will not reimburse delivery charges.
- Please note that you will have to pay the cost of returning the relevant products to us. We are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive the products back from you or we receive evidence from you that you have sent them back to us.
