Delivery, payment, money back guarantee information

We accept payment through one of the following methods:

• Cash Payment: only available in case of home delivery, to Hungarian Shipping Address.
• Credit/Debit Card Payment: your payment will be processed by OTP SimplePay with guaranteed transaction security (only in case of Hungarian purchases)

In addition to your statutory rights to cancel your order, we offer money-back guarantee for our milk paint line.*:

• As for all online purchases, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days from receiving your package.
• For Milk Paint and Sealers we offer a 30 days money-back guarantee if you send the unopened package(s) of the product(s) back to us.
  What’s more, we offer a one-time Love it or it’s free! guarantee for every customer. You tried an Old Fashioned Milk Paint product or one of our sealers and you are unhappy with it? Just make sure you have at least half of the content in the package and send it back to us in 30 days! – We will refund the price of the product! That’s how strongly we believe Milk Paint is easy to fall in love with. 🙂

Here’s how to handle returns:

• You cannot return damaged goods.
• Please send your Order ID along with the returned products.
• We will need your bank account number, so we can refund the price of the products.
• We will not reimburse delivery charges.
• Please note that you will have to pay the cost of returning the relevant products to us. We are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive the products back from you or we receive evidence from you that you have sent them back to us.

* The cancellation right only applies to products purchased on our website (www.azurbagoly.hu, www.tejfestek.hu, www.azureowl.com). Please note that this cancellation right does not apply to any products made to your specifications.

** We consider orders with the same e-mail address, same Shipping Address or same Billing Address to be sent by the same customer.

Webshop prices are gross amounts, VAT is included.

The order also contains the price of delivery, too.

We ship Milk Paint and Sealers to Europe, Turkey.

The exact delivery charge will be calculated during checkout.

Unfortunately we cannot ship larger pieces of furniture internationally.

Personal Pick-up at Pick Pack Pont locations: more than 600 stores all around Hungary. You have 5 days to pick up your package. (Not available for furniture, fabrics and wallcoverings due to size limitations.)

Personal Pick-up at GLS Parcel Points more than 500 stores all around Hungary. You have 5 days to pick up your package. (Not available for furniture, fabrics and wallcoverings due to size limitations.)
